Are you an ambitious leader who is seeking to enhance your leadership skills and develop your leadership abilities? Then Leadership Chilton County is the program for you. Leadership Chilton is an opportunity for leaders to embark on an eight-month committed journey to learn more about Chilton County. This adventure will include an intense series of training and visits within and outside our community. We hope that as an aspiring leader you will consider filling out an application for consideration. Applications for Leadership Class of 2027-2028 will be available in June of 2027.
